Alcohol-free and naturally sparkling. Bergamot, lemon verbena and lemon thyme give it a fresh citrus character. Dry, with a gently bitter finish.
Our bergamot comes from organic farmers in Italy, with whom we work closely.
We source most of our ingredients from Austria. We work closely with our producers and develop and produce our drinks ourselves.
Fermentation & serving
How it is made
We ferment infusions of herbs and flowers with our own cultures. Each batch ferments for at least five days, and longer depending on the variety and ingredients. This develops the bubbles, acidity and flavour. The drinks remain unfiltered, with no additives.
How to serve
Serve chilled in a wine glass. Fine sediment is natural in unfiltered drinks. Gently turn the bottle once before opening to distribute it evenly.
