SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over € 50 within Austria.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over € 100 to most EU countries (see list below).

Shipping costs for orders below the minimum order value:

  • For orders under € 50 (within Austria) we charge a shipping fee of € 4,5.

  • For orders under € 100 (within the EU countries), we charge a shipping fee. The shipping fee varies depending on the country. Please see our shipping cost table for details.

Shipping time:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays are processed within 24 hours.

  • The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days after processing.
