KONANNA is a pioneering producer of naturally fermented low and non-alcoholic sparkling drinks crafted with the complexity and philosophy of natural wine. Based in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria, KONANNA works exclusively with certified organic teas and herbs.
Fermentation happens spontaneously, without added cultures, processing aids, or sulfites. Each batch is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and develops its unique character over time – with fine bubbles, layered aromas, and a naturally complex taste.
Our Pétillant Naturel Teas are fermented and aged directly in the bottle using the traditional Méthode Ancestrale. They are low in alcohol and reflect the individual profiles of each tea variety – from floral and citrusy to earthy and bold. KONANNA aims to push the boundaries of what fermented tea can be, offering a refreshing alternative to wine and sparkling beverages, with deep respect for nature and craftsmanship.
