Anna and Konstantin.

We are Anna and Konstantin. At KONANNA, we develop and produce fermented drinks from herbs, flowers and tea. Our alcohol-free range ANTI brings fine bubbles and layered flavours to the aperitif and the table.

We met while studying. Today, we share our life and our work. KONANNA is our joint project, based in Vienna.

We began working with plants and fermentation long before the first KONANNA bottle. Years of experimenting have shaped our recipes and our understanding of how flavours, acidity and bitterness work together.

Our first drinks were Pét-Nat-Teas. With ANTI, we developed an alcohol-free range that contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume and brings the flavours of herbs and flowers to the wine glass.

Good flavour starts with the ingredients.

We source most of our ingredients from Austria. Our bergamot comes from organic farmers in Italy. We work closely with our producers. Their work shapes the quality of what we put into the bottle.

Our drinks ferment for at least five days, and longer depending on the variety and ingredients. We follow each batch and taste until the flavours and acidity come together.

We develop our recipes and produce our drinks ourselves. Experience and responsibility stay with us, from the first idea to the finished bottle.

We also bring this knowledge to our work for other brands: for Gut Oggau, we develop and produce Gut Feeling, from the recipe to the finished bottle.

KONANNA has found a home in the natural wine community. Today, you can find our drinks in restaurants, wine shops and selected stores in Austria and beyond.

We like seeing them where they belong: on a good table, with poured glasses and people coming together.
