How it is made
We ferment selected organic teas for at least five days, and longer depending on the variety and ingredients. Their natural aromas and tannins shape the flavour, while bottle fermentation creates fine bubbles. The drinks remain unfiltered, with no additives.
How to serve
Serve chilled in a wine glass. Fine sediment is natural in unfiltered drinks. Gently turn the bottle once before opening to distribute it evenly.
